Freelancer Agreement (English)

This freelance contract module is based on the rules governing the rights and obligations of both contracting parties. It also places emphasis on the length of the contract and termination.
NB: In concluding a freelancer contract one has to be careful that the employee is not freelance in appearance only, e.g. that the contract is executed as an employment contract or its implementation proves it to be one. If the requirements for so-called 'mock self-employment' are fulfilled, then social insurance and income tax contributions will be payable retrospectively.
